Subscriptions & billing

GI OS apps offer an optional subscription with a 14-day free trial. Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID after the trial unless cancelled.

Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancelling stops future billing; the current period remains active until it ends.

Restore a purchase on a new device with the Restore Purchases button on the app’s paywall.

Your data & privacy

Your symptom entries are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
