Need care locally?
Some questions are answered by a page. Others are answered by a person. This is where the second kind goes.
Make an appointment
If your symptoms are ongoing, new, or simply not settling, the next step is a visit — not another search. Appointments are with Rochester Gastroenterology Associates, for patients in the greater Western New York area.

Hours, locations, providers, and what to bring — all on the practice’s own site.

When to call urgently
Don’t wait for an appointment — call the office or seek urgent care now — if you have any of these:
- Vomiting blood, or stools that are black or bloody
- Severe or sudden abdominal pain
- Trouble swallowing, or food sticking on the way down
- Losing weight without trying
- A fever with abdominal pain
If you think this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
